Cornell’s 142nd convocation and commencement exercises will take place this coming weekend, May 29-30, 2010.
Cornell’s 142nd Convocation will take place at noon on Saturday, May 29th 2010 at Schoellkopf Stadium. The official convocation speaker will be Nancy Pelosi, speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives. Students do not wear cap and gown to this event. Some colleges may also have recognition events planned for Saturday.
Cornell’s 142nd Commencement Ceremony will be held at noon on Sunday, May 30th 2010 at Schoellkopf Stadium, for all Class of 2010 undergraduate and graduate students. At the close of the ceremony, graduates and guests attend individual college diploma ceremonies at various locations on campus.
